1. Services Refund Policy
All services are personalized and tailored to each client. As such:
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.
- This applies to all treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser procedures, and other skincare services.
- Outcomes may vary based on individual skin responses. We cannot guarantee specific results.
2. Product Return Policy
General Products:
- Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
- Refund excludes any shipping costs.
Derma Made Skincare:
- Eligible for return within 100 days of purchase.
- Refund excludes shipping costs.
Omnilux Devices:
- Final sale only.
- No returns or refunds permitted.
3. Appointment Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation terms:
- Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled with less than 30 minutes’ notice will be marked in your client record.
- Fee for Repeated Late Cancellations: After 3 late cancellations, a $50 fee will apply to each future late cancellation.
- No-Shows: Count as a late cancellation and follow the same policy.
- Fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
4. How to Process a Return
To return an eligible item:
